KUKHMAY Alexander Markovich

Mr. Kukhmay was born on April 23, 1951. He graduated from Leningrad Polytechnical University named after M.I. Kalinin. From 1976 to 1990 Mr. Kukhmay worked at Nivskaya Hydroelectric Power Station as a shift superviser, as Senior Engineer of relay protection and automatics service, Chief of the production and technology department.

In 1990 Mr. Kukhmay headed the cascade of Pazskie Hydroelectric Power Stations which is a branch of JSC Kolenergo. From 1994 to 1997 Mr. Kukhmay was Director of manpower and social problems - Deputy General Director of JSC Kolenenrgo.

In 1997-2004 Mr. Kukhmay worked as Deputy Chief Engineer, as Chief Engineer of JSC Kolenergo. In 2004-2005 he occupied the posts of Deputy, First Deputy General Director of JSC North-West science and technology centre. From June 2005 he has been working as Technical Director - First Deputy General Director of JSC IDGC of the North-West.

Since 1 July 2008, by the decision of the Board of Directors of the Company, he was elected to the position of the Company General Director.

He was awarded the diploma of The Ministry of Industry and Power.

KUSHNEROV  Anatoly  Valerievich Deputy General Director for Corporate Management of JSC IDGC of the North-West Mr. Kushnerov was born on July 17, 1971. Mr. Kushnerov graduated from East Kazakhstan State University. Mr. Kushnerov has been working in the power industry field since 1998. He worked as Director for legal protection, as Chief of judicial management of power companies. MAKAROVA  Olga  Vadimovna Deputy General Director for economy and finances of JSC IDGC of the North-West Ms Makarova was born on November 25, 1971. Ms Makarova graduated from St. Petersburg University of Economy and Finances. Since 2005, Ms Makarova has been working as Director for economy and finances of JSC IDGC of the North-West. MIHALKOV  Alexander  Vladimirovich Deputy General Director for strategic management of JSC IDGC of the North-West Mr. Mikhalkov was born on July 4, 1962.  Mr. Mikhalkov graduated from Leningrad Polytechnical Institute and the RF-Government-affiliated Academy of National Economy: "Mr. Mikhalkov majored in electric power supply of the industrial enterprises, cities and agriculture" and "economy". Since 1984, he has been working in the power industry branch. In 2000 he was appointed Chief of interdistrict division of JSC Pskovenergo - Energosbyt branch. From 2002 to 2005 he worked as the Director of   Southern electric networks, branch of Pskovenergo. Since June 2005, has been occupying the post of Director for strategic management of JSC IDGC of the North-West. ZAICHKO Taras Vladimirovich Deputy Director General on logistics and materiel and technical support of IDGC of North-West, JSC Mr. Zaichko was born in 1969. He graduated from Leningrad Highest Combined Arms Command Academy, the Russian Correspondence Institute of Textile and Light Industry (engineer-economist) and the Russian Academy of the Public Administration under the President of RF  (area of specialty: finances, taxes and credit). From 1989 to 1995 he held appointments of a Senior Economist and expert in different companies. From 1995 he has worked in executive positions in Joint-Stock Company of the closed type “System”, Limited Liability Partnership “India-Service”, LLC “BYAr-Videoservice”, CJSC “ANTAL”. In 2004 he displaced to the Public Administration. He discharged duties of a deputy’s assistant of the State Duma. From 2004 till the new appointment in IDGC of North-West, JSC Taras Zaichko held appointment of a Deputy Director General on commercial development of subsidiary JSC “FGC UES”.

SCHELKONOGOV  Vladimir  Petrovich Deputy General Director on Organizational Development and Personnel Management of JSC IDGC of the North-West Mr. Schelkonogov was born on December 18, 1948. In 1966 he entered Ural Polytechnical University. Upon graduation from the university he served two years in the Army. He started his career at the Kachkanarsky Thermal Power Station in 1973 as a machinist of turbines. Mr. Schelkonogov was transferred from the post of the machine-shop manager in 1978 to Sverdlovenergo where he worked as Senior Engineer of fuel and transport service, Deputy Chief of the service, Director of Bogoslovskaya Thermal Power Station. In 1990 he was elected to the post of the secretary of the Communist party bureau of Sverdlovenergo. Since November 1990, he was Director of Thermal Networks of Udmurtenergo. From 2001 to 2005 Mr. Schelkonogov worked as Deputy General Director of Udmurtenergo. In 2005-2006 Mr.  Schelkonogov was appointed Deputy General Director of JSC OGC-5. BLOSHITSYN  Vladimir Alexeevich Deputy General Director for Capital Construction, IDGC of North-West, JSC Mr. Bloshitsyn was born on 9 May 1958. He graduated from the Alma-Ata Power University majoring in "Electric Power Industry". He worked as the industrial enterprises and cities electric power supplies faculty assistant of the Alma-Ata Power University; engineer of the technological department; chief of the electric thermal technical service of RP "Selhozenergo", the Alma-Ata region; principle power specialist of the Alma-Ata Reinforced Concrete Construction Plant, and the Dorstroimontazh Building Details Plant of the Kazakh Railways. Later on, Vladimir Bloshitsyn occupied various supervising positions in JSC "Pskovenergo". Since 1998, he was Acting Chief of the Production and Technical Department, Chief of the Production and Technical Department, Acting Chief Engineer, Chief Engineer of Energosbyt (power sales division) of JSC "Pskovenergo". In 2000, he passed professional development for his inclusion in the reserve for the position of General Director of a power supply system having defended his work “Analysis of Electric Power Losses in Electric Grids of the North-West”. Since 2001 - Deputy Director - Chief Engineer of the Electric Grids Management of JSC Lenenergo; since October 2004 - Chief Engineer of Lenenergo grid company. In June 2005, he was transferred to IDGC of North-West, JSC, to the position of Chief of the Electric Power Development and Transport Department. In March 2006, V. Bloshitsyn was appointed Deputy Technical Director - Chief of the Grid Complex Operation and Development Department. Since 1 April 2007 he has been occupying the position of General Director for Capital Construction. CHEKHOEV  Aslan  Inalovich

Deputy General Director for Investments, IDGC of North-West

Mr. Chekhoev was born on 17 July 1965. He graduated from The First Leningrad Medical Institute (university). After that, he studied in St. Petersburg Academy of Management and Economics.

Since1993 Aslan Chekhoev was engaged in commercial activities. In 2003 he worked as First Deputy General Director of "Kiselevugol" Coal Company. From January 2004 to September 2005, he occupied the position of First Vice-President of "RusInkor” Central Company - Financial and Industrial Group. In October 2005, he was appointed Deputy General Director for Investment Implementation and Capital Construction, JSC "OGK-6". Since 24 February 2009, he has been occupying the position of Deputy General Director for Investments, IDGC of North-West.

In 2007, Mr. Chekhoev was awarded Certificate of Honour of JSC "OGK-6".

SHESTOV  Vladimir  Mikhailovich

Deputy General Director for Security, IDGC of North-West

Mr. Shestov was born on 1 January 1955. He graduated from Tula Polytechnical Institute (university). In 1986-1989 he studied in Higher School of The USSR State Security Committee (Moscow).

In 2004 and 2005 Vladimir Shestov passed training for improvement of qualification of heads of personnel divisions of territorial authorities and heads of economic security departments of territorial authorities under Federal Security Service of Russia (Moscow). He worked on probation under the program of training of deputy chiefs of Federal Security Service Administration.

In 2006 he passed training for improvement of qualification at Federal State Institution «Inter-sector Special Educational Center» under the program «Bases of Inspection of Physical Security System of Nuclear-Hazardous Objects. The Departmental Control of the Security Service».

From 1984 to 2006, Mr. Shestov worked with security authorities. He was engaged in operational and personnel work on operational and administration positions. Since June 2006, he worked as Deputy Director for Security at Federal State Municipal Enterprise «Northern Federal Enterprise for Radioactive Waste Handling». Since 24 February 2009, he has been Deputy General Director for Security, IDGC of North-West.
