IDGC of North-West is completing to form estimates of prospective change of loadings and energy consumption for the period from 2010 through 2014.
Before 1 September 2010, the estimates prepared by the Branches are planned to be approved in IDGC of North-West's executive body and used in the further as proving materials when forming proposals for determining tariffs for the next period of regulation, preparing investment programs, forming programs of electric grid objects modernization and Electric Grid Facilities Prospective Development Plans.

In opinion of the specialists, such materials will be necessary for all entities of the energy industry and especially potential investors.

In continuation of the work initiated in 2009 for revealing the tendencies of development of electric grids, evaluating demand for electric grid services, determining energy deficiency zones in the territories of the regions of the North-West Federal District, the company's General Director Alexander Kukhmay signed the order "On Arrangement of Work Related to Forming Estimates of Prospective Change of Loadings and Energy Consumption in IDGC of North-West for the Period 2012-2016".

In order to improve quality and reliability of estimates based on the results of the estimates campaign for the period 2010-2014, the Standard of the Entity "Estimation of Prospective Change of Loadings and Energy Consumption for the Territories of the Constituent Entity of the Russian Federation Serviced by IDGC of North-West" will be amended.
