Taking part in the work of the International Seminar of 23-25 August in Oslo (Norway) will be Deputy Chief Engineer of IDGC of North-West for development and services sales Alexander Mikhalkov, the company's' Deputy Chief Engineer Yury Borisov, Chief Engineer of the branch "Pskovenergo"  Andrey Kuzmin.
Within the framework of the program, IDGC of North-West’s managers will visit the head office of the largest electric grid company STATNET, where they will exchange experience with Norwegian colleagues, visit the dispatching center and substation.

In the regions of Norway: Westfold, Buskerud and Telemark, Russian energy specialists will examine the functioning of the hydroelectric plant, hold consultations with representatives of small and medium-sized power companies of Norway.

Within the framework of the business program, participation of representatives of IDGC of North-West in the international seminar is stipulated, which will be arranged by Det Norske Veritas (International Certification Authority) for the delegation of the Russian specialists and devoted to study of the implemented projects of risk evaluation and management, safety and ecology. 

The consultations with representatives of the entity engaged in development of specifications, guides and requirements for grid companies will be held within the framework of the conference.

The materials of the international conference will contain presentations of IDGC of North-West, which will be distributed among all participants upon the completion.
