The works of engineering connection of the facilities related to the cosmodrome "Plesetsk" should be sped up. This decision was taken by the participants of the technical meeting in Vologda. The representatives of IDGC of North-West, branch "Arkhenergo", contractor LLC VSEP and space defence troops took part in the meeting.

The actions of engineering connection of the facilities of the cosmodrome "Plesetsk" are stipulated by the target development program of the Russian cosmodromes for 2006-2015. The objects requiring engineering connection include microdistrict #2, S 35/6 #9 "A", central boiler-house #5. According to the project, all of the facilities should be connected to substation 110/35/6 #102 "A" located in the responsibility zone of ID "Plesetsk Electric Networks" of IDGC of North-West's branch "Arkhenergo".

During meeting, it was decided to include the expenses for reconstruction of S 102 "A" into the value of engineering connection of the mentioned objects because the money limits were updated, as well as to make the respective amendments to the earlier concluded agreements. The branch "Arkhenergo" is charged with preparation of additions to the specifications and the statement of works, as well as to conclude a works agreement for reconstruction of the 6 kV closed switchgear of the substation 102 "A", the works under which shall be performed till 25 November 2010.

The certificate of engineering connection of the microdistrict #2 of the cosmodrome "Plesetsk" is planned to be signed on 26 November 2010.
