IDGC of North-West holds an open auction on 29 September 2010 for the right to conclude agreements of rendering financial services on opening revolving lines of credit and secure crediting for a total of RUR 3.5 billion.

The involved loans are planned to be allocated for refinancing of loan debts and for updating of working capital, including repairing of energy equipment. The auction is held under 7 lots; the maximal interest rate per each of the lots is 8.5%. Beginning of consideration of the applications is 27 September 2010.
